Lil Billy...This guy is quite a character, as you might be able to tell from his name. He's not our "normal" white guy, that's for sure. He's a simple little farm town guy from the MidWest who came out to California with "an ache in his heart" for some big city dreams...and those dreams seem to contain the things BlacksOnBoys scenes are made out of!
